Following the inclement weather day missed Wednesday, March 5, 2025, LPS now must make up two days within our 2024-2025 academic calendar.
Two LPS Fine Arts students placed in the 2025 statewide Creating Original Music Project (COMP) contest through the University of Missouri.
High school seniors Drew Clawson and Natalie Coleman of Liberty North High School have been distinguished as two of the top academic students in the state through the 2025 Missouri Scholars 100 program.
Three Liberty Public Schools students are being recognized by the Missouri Association for Student Councils (MASC) as Distinguished Student Leaders.
Several Liberty Public Schools students are being recognized for their fine arts talents. Dozens of students will be representing the district as members of the All-State Band, Orchestra, Choir, Children's Choir and All-State Theater performance.
The Ayrie yearbook from Liberty North High School is one of only 35 yearbooks from across the entire U.S. to receive the award.
LPS has selected 16 staff members to represent the district as Excellence in Education nominees.
